Having terrible time getting this to hand launch. Tried 50%, 75% and 100% power into wind and with various upward launch angles. Dives into ground every time. Nose now crunched beyond recognition. Had version 1 and had same problem (that was fixed with upgraded motor and prop). Thought it would have been fixed by version 3, but clearly not. Attempts to fly with club experts with no change in results. Very frustrated and disappointed. Feel like I just wasted $230 (with postage).

Saw a negative review about launching and the plane nosing in.
I bet 1000% the cause is one of two things IF the CG is set properly.
DOWN Elevator mixed into throttle in the radio. <-- I think this is the cause because the plane would "look" neutral elevator on preflight but add power and down the nose goes. OR DOWN Elevator in the basic set up. Check that first but I bet the radio is the cause. 😉 TESTS! Check CG first Check elevator to make sure its not in a down elevator trim IF CG is correct then HAND toss the plane NO MOTOR Launch LEVEL and give it a good throw should glide out to a nice landing. IF the NON Power glide test is fine, then check tat the radio is not putting in too MUCH down elevator in power compensation <-- this is where I think the issue is 😉 Mr MPX I AM HERE to HELP CAL LME please we want you happy and flying well. This is a very easy to fly easy to launch little plane.

I retract my 1* review. Problem was not the elevator/throttle mixing or CG, it was a bad elevator servo. Karlton is overnighting to me a complete new fuselage … you cannot get better product support than that! Looking forward to finally getting into the air.
