Yes, you can! On any product that is out of stock, you will see an option to join a waitlist. If you join the list, you will receive an email when the product is in stock. When you join a waitlist, we will create an account for you. If you log into your account, you can see what products you are waiting for as well as leave any waitlist.
Yes, you can always remove yourself from a waitlist. Please check that you are logged into the same account that joined the waitlist. If you did not create an account before joining a waitlist, one was created for you. Once you are logged in, visit your account page by clicking on the account button at the top of the website (on smartphones it's one the bottom of the page). Click on the "Your waitlists" link. Underneath the image of the item, click on "Remove me from this waitlist."
If you have any difficulty, please contact us and we can remove your from the waitlist.
You can reset your password on the account page. Below the option to log in, there is a link for "Lost your password?" Click on the link and follow the prompts to reset your password. You will need access to the email used to create an account in order to reset your password.
We partner with Stripe to ensure payment card information entered on our site is always secure. Any payment card information entered on our site is passed directly to Stripe’s secure servers. If you save your payment information it is also saved with Stripe. We never see your credit card number.
We also offer secure checkout through PayPal. If you elect to use PayPal, you will be forwarded to their website to complete checkout. You payment information is not entered on our website.
We charge sales tax for orders shipped to California as required by law.

Returns only accepted with an RMA contact customer service for help if you need to return an item. You can return any new item in resell-able condition within 30 days of delivery.
Yes, we do! We currently have parts for all the airplanes we carry. If you need parts you don’t see on the website, feel free to contact us with what you need and we will get back to you with availability and prices.
You never have to worry about crashing when you order your Multiplex plane from us or one of our verified dealers. Supply us with your name, email, and a picture of your crash to receive a coupon to use for parts to fix your airplane.
