In addition to the setting angle and the freedom from distortion, the center of gravity of the model must be right if it is to fly well. Inaccurate center of gravity setting (e.g. with fingertips) leads to countless test flights or, in extreme cases, immediately to a crash. Information about the center of gravity can usually be found in the plan or in the instructions, but how exactly is it transferred to the model? This is no problem with the easy-to-install balance scale. It is designed for models from 300 g to 10 kg in weight. The measuring range is between 30 and 150 mm, ie with a rectangular wing (without arrows) the surface depth can be up to approx. 450 mm, which is sufficient for all common models.
